Parselex uses artificial intelligence (large language models, OCR and retrieval-augmented processing) to analyse legal documents. This disclaimer explains what our AI-generated outputs are — and what they are not. It applies to every report, summary, classification, translation, score or other result produced by the platform.

1. Not legal advice

Outputs produced by Parselex are not legal advice. Parselex is not a law firm, does not practise law, and no attorney–client or similar professional relationship is created by using the service. Outputs are technical, informational and assistive only, and do not produce legal effects concerning you.

2. Automated output can be wrong

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or misleading results. Errors may arise from the underlying models, from OCR mistakes in scanned documents, from ambiguous source material, or from the inherent complexity of legal questions. Although the platform includes validation and cross-reference stages, these reduce — but do not eliminate — such errors.

3. Human review is strongly recommended

Before relying on any output — in particular before filing, contracting, settlement, compliance decisions or any other legally significant action — have the relevant documents and results reviewed by a qualified professional in the applicable jurisdiction.

4. Jurisdiction and applicability

Parselex processes matters across multiple regions (including the Americas, Europe, Asia and India). Legal rules differ between and within jurisdictions and change over time; a module or category covering your region does not guarantee that an output reflects the current law applicable to your specific situation.

5. Your responsibility
